2024 Convention

Dear Members,

 

We are prepared and excited to host the Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc. 2024 Convention Tuesday, March 19, and Wednesday, March 20, 2024, for business day meetings at the

Park Vista – a Double Tree Hotel by Hilton, 705 Cherokee Orchard Rd., Gatlinburg, TN. 37738.   1-865-436-9211

Park Vista is in the Great Smokey National Park, the country’s most visited park.

In 2020, 12.1 million visitors!

 

The Deep South Convention Co Chairs are:

District IV Director Wanda Taylor   

District IV Vice-director Janie Bitner    

They are both so energetic, talented, and enthusiastic members.  Their emails are above copied.

 

We have early arrival trips, Tri-Refreshers, Educational Exhibits, wildflower walking trails, scenic forest driving trips,  workshops, floral designs in the public spaces, and a flower show opportunity planned. Gatlinburg excursions include nature studies destinations and of course shopping.

 

I have not been sent your information on the last DS Convention 2022 from Natchez. We need to review, thank you.

 

We will be working and sending information soon on the convention.
